Motivational Study – What Motivates People?

This was a video we got showed a while back in one of our Professional Skills lectures at Uni. I’ll admit, I was not concentrating and was lacking interest in what was going on in the lecture, however as soon as this video came it caught my full attention. I found it so interesting and talks about some issues and ideas which are often ignored. 

Therefore if you have a spare 10 minutes, give it a watch. Its well thought out and structured, presented well and I thought it was really interesting!
